Weathertightness Warranty
Weathertightness warranties are for the roof systems only. All manufacturer procedures must be followed for issuance of the warranty. Weathertightness warranties require approval prior to the Buyer ordering materials. Buyer must pay all invoices in full prior to issuance of the warranty.
Standard I, II & III Weathertightness Warranty
Competitive standard warranties that serve to cover the weathertightness of the roof system, provided it was installed in accordance with our erection drawings. Standard Weathertightness Warranties are also available in 5-year, 10-year, and 15-year terms. Please contact your local sales representative for additional details.
Single-Source Warranty I, II & III Weathertightness Warranty
Premier warranties for the roof system that include geometry and detail review, along with regular inspections to ensure the approved details are followed. Inspection reports are provided to the roofing contractor and architect to ensure compliance with warranty requirements. Single-Source Weathertightness Warranties are also available in 5-year, 10-year, and 15-year terms. Please contact your local sales representative for additional details.
Paint Warranty
MBCI warrants that the panels, effective from the date of shipment, will perform in accordance to the criteria stated in the warranty.
Galvalume / Galvalume® Plus Warranty
MBCI warrants that the panels, effective from the date of shipment, will perform in accordance to the criteria stated in the warranty.
Product Warranty
MBCI warrants that its fabricated steel components will perform to the terms, conditions, and/or limitations specific to the Product Warranty for a period of one year.
